The Embassy of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar would like to inform that the Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and the Government of Mongolia had signed the agreement on visa exemption for the holders of Diplomatic and Official passports on 18 November 2013 in two originals each of which comprises (3) duplicates in Myanmar, Mongolian and English. This Agreement will enter into force on 18 December 2013.

Accordingly, citizens of either Contracting Party to this Agreement travelling with Diplomatic and Official passports with at least six months validity will be exempted from any visa requirements to enter or depart from and transit through the territory of the other Party and shall be entitled to stay in the territory of the other Contracting Party for no more than thirty (30) days from the date of entry as provided under this Agreement.
